This Mexican-inspired dip has just the right amount of kick to it to wake up your taste buds! You’ll love this flavorful dip that will remind you of a cheesy chicken enchilada. Ingredients include chopped rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, black beans, Mexi-corn, Rotel tomatoes, hot enchilada sauce, hot and spicy taco seasoning, shredded queso chihuahua cheese, and chopped cilantro for garnish. To make it, you will need the following ingredients: olive oil, chopped white onion, minced garlic, roasted and seeded hatch chiles, milk, shredded white American cheese, shredded Monterey jack cheese, salt, and pepper. Serve with your favorite brand of store-bought or homemade tortilla chips!
