Brandy Jewell our leasing consultant is very professional and courteous. From the first day we spoke on the phone, she has gotten the ball rolling in the case of me moving here and even more helpful after the move. If you're looking for a place to live that's affordable and clean, Peachtree Place is the place for you and your family.

|Recommended: NoBad Experience — Overpriced roach infested old wood floors with paint stains and other deep marks. Office never answer and 24 hr help is no help all they do is say they gone have the office call you back and then you get no call back

|Recommended: NoNot Worth It — The building I stay in is always filthy in the breezeway. It smiles like dogs and dog poop. The grass has dog poop in it all the time. The appliances is out dated. The carpet is old and worn out It's noisy most of the time. My apartment smells like weed sometimes And I don't even smoke I guess it's coming thru the vents Some of the ppl let their dogs run loose I've seen stray pit bulls running around in the parking lot and even downstairs in my breezeway All in all, I would never refer anyone to move here

|Recommended: NoNot Great — noisy neighbors at 8 in the morning. maintenance staff was nice the one time i met one, but also took 3 months or so to look at a leaking door that still leaks when it rains.
